MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS and DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Standard Design Surfaces are available in a sheet size of 4 feet in width x 8 or 10 feet in length.
- Custom Design Surfaces can be made available in sheet size 4 feet in width x 8 or 10 feet in length.
- The thickness of Standard Surfaces varies from 3 to 8 mm depending upon the depth of the pattern. High-relief patterns have more thickness.
DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES:
- For sheet thickness up to 4.5 mm, +/- 0.5 mm; & above 4.5 mm, +/- 1 mm.
- For sheet Width & Length, +/- 3 mm.
